Folder Option Missing In XP

1) Start ->run ->gpedit.msc (enter)
2) Go to "User Configration ->Administrative Templated ->Windows Componets ->Window Explorer
3) Click on Windows Explorer there is third option on the right side of screen "Removes the Folder Option Menu items from the Tools menu"
4) Check it, whether it is not configured then change it to "enable" by double clicking on it and after applying again set it to "not configured"

Note: Must restart the window
